Biscuit pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- additional sugar - 1 item
- additional cinnamon - 1 item
- to 8 biscuits, sliced - 6 item
- Mix remaining ingredients well
How to make biscuit pudding:
Place sliced biscuits in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour over biscuits. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with sauce.Sauce:3 Tbsp. flour3 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. nutmeg1 1/2 c. milk Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat until sauce becomes thick.
