Zucchini au gratin

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 item
• butter - 1 item
• pepper - 1 item
• Parmesan cheese - 1 item
• oregano - 1 item
• bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1 item
• zucchini squash, unpeeled - 1 item

How to make zucchini au gratin:

Parboil squash. Cut in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Cover with Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter. Put crumbled bacon on top. Brown under broiler.
