- self-rising flour - 3 c
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese to taste - 1 item
- stick oleo, softened - 1 item
- parsley flakes to taste - 1 item
- warm beer - 1 (12
How to make beer bread:
Mix flour and sugar together. Add warm beer slowly. Mixture will be tacky. Put into greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Brush the top with oleo after baking. Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top of warm bread.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
