Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- stick butter, melted - 1/4 item
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- bottle Shiner Bock beer - 1 item
How to make beer bread:
Mix flour and sugar. Add beer. Mix well. Put dough into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and pour melted butter over bread. Return to oven and bake additional 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from loaf pan.You do not knead or have to let rise. Just mix and bake.
