Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- bottle room temperature beer - 1 item
How to make beer bread:
Mix together the flour and sugar. Stir in the beer, using a fork. Beat egg yolk. Grease pan lightly. Put in dough mix and then spread the beaten egg yolk over the top of the dough. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
