- biscuit mix - 6 c
- sugar - 1 c
- beer at room temperature - 1 item
- butter flavor shortening, melted - 1 item
How to make beer biscuits:
Mix biscuit mix and sugar until blended. Add about 1/2 cup beer and add more as needed. Makes a wet tacky dough. Spoon dough onto a floured surface. Dust with flour. Pat out to a thickness of 1/2-inch. Cut out biscuits. Cover bottom of pan with shortening. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
