Ingredients/Components

  • graham crackers, finely ground - 1 pkg
  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts optional - 1 item
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • Add eggs, one at a time

How to make cheese cake:

Mix crust ingredients together and pat in a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.Filling:3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened3/4 c. sugar3 eggs1 Tbsp. vanilla Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour in crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Topping:8 oz. sour cream1 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Put on cake when it comes from oven.
