- graham crackers, finely ground - 1 pkg
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 item
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- Add eggs, one at a time
How to make cheese cake:
Mix crust ingredients together and pat in a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.Filling:3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened3/4 c. sugar3 eggs1 Tbsp. vanilla Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour in crust.
