Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cream cheese - 3 (8
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla
  • sour cream - 2 Tbsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg yolk - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Beat cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar and vanilla until creamy. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and pat in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over it. Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes. When cake is cool, top with 2 cups sour cream and 2 tablespoons sugar, mixed. Refrigerate.
