Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • oil
  • dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
  • red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 3/4 c
  • parsley
  • fresh lemon juice - 1/2 c

How to make beef marinade:

Mix all ingredients in a marinade container. Let meat marinate overnight or at least 12 hours.
