Ingredients/Components
- salt
- vegetable oil
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 3/4 c
- parsley
- wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- fresh lemon juice - 1/3 c
How to make marinade for meats:
Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate beef, pork or lamb. Brush the meat with marinade every 15 to 20 minutes while it is cooking. If the meat is soaked before cooking, the marinade can then be drained off and used again.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, South west pacific, Micro/melanesia.
