Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3/4 c
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/4 c
  • cranberries - 1 pkg
  • lemon peel - 2 tsp
  • orange peel - 1 tsp
  • sugar or more - 1 c

How to make cranberry sauce:

Combine all ingredients, except cranberries. Bring to a boil. Add cranberries and bring to a boil again. Simmer for 10 minutes. Let stand at room temperature until jellied. (Buy extra cranberries and put in freezer.)
