Ingredients/Components
- bottle ketchup - 1 item
- beef brisket - 5 lb
- bag baby carrots - 1 item
- cans whole potatoes - 2 item
- bottle dry vermouth - 1/2 item
How to make beef brisket:
In large roaster, put beef brisket, potatoes and carrots. Cover brisket with ketchup and pour vermouth over top of ketchup. Bake at 350° until soft, about 20 minutes per pound.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
