  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped fresh parsley - 1/4 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • corn oil - 2 Tbsp
  • minced garlic - 1 Tbsp
  • pimentos - 1 Tbsp
  • green bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • sliced black olives - 10 item
  • chopped fresh mushrooms - 1 c
  • small onions, chopped - 2 item
  • box thin spaghetti - 1 lb
  • Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese - 1 2
  • beef hamburger or ground turkey - 1 lb
  • jar Ragu any kind - 1 oz
  • vegetable delight by Schilling - 2 Tbsp
  • Italian herb season by Spice Island - 1/2 Tbsp

How to make baked spaghetti:

Boil spaghetti as directed on box and drain. Saute all vegetables, mushrooms, parsley, olives, onion and green pepper until crisp, but not tender. Drain and set aside. Cook meat. When done, drain meat and mix in veggies and spaghetti sauce in a bowl big enough to stir the mixture in. Mix the sauce mixture with the spaghetti.

Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish or cake pan and layer spaghetti, alternating with cheese: 1 row spaghetti, row of cheese and row of spaghetti, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until cheese melts and sauce bubbles.
