Golden pork chops

Golden pork chops



  • milk - 1/2 c
  • parsley - 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • mushrooms - 1 c
  • rosemary - 1/2 tsp
  • can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
  • pork chops - 4 item
  • other seasoning to taste - 1 item

How to make golden pork chops:

Put olive oil in frying pan and heat on medium to medium-high. Add pork chops and crushed rosemary. Cook until done (nicely browned on outside).

In a saucepan, mix together all remaining ingredients and heat on medium until hot. Then pour the sauce over the chops and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes.
