Corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- potatoes, diced
- small can milk - 1 item
- slices diced bacon - 4 item
How to make corn chowder:
In small pot, over medium heat, cook bacon until partially browned. Add onion and saute. Add potatoes and water and cook until tender. Add corn and heat. Add milk and seasoning. Heat and serve. May sprinkle with chopped parsley.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
