Hash brown potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 10 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 10 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- sour cream with chives - 8 oz
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Brown the margarine and onion together. Add all remaining ingredients (except corn flakes) in a large bowl. Mix well. Add the browned onion with butter.Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with the corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
