Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 1 item
- spareribs - 1 lb
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Cut ribs into small pieces. Put ribs in a shallow baking dish. Start your oven at 325°. Mix all ingredients together and pour over ribs. Bake 2 hours, basting occasionally.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
