Ingredients/Components
- country style spareribs - 4 lb
- catsup - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar, packed - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 3/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Brown ribs, arrange in shallow roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; cook 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour mixture on ribs. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until ribs are done. Brush barbecue sauce on ribs ocRecipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
