- hot water - 1 c
- onion, diced - 1/4 c
- celery, diced - 3/4 c
- apple, cored - 1 item
- roast turkey breast fresh turkey please; preferably not a Butterball and no skin - 4 oz
- Stuffing:1 Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
- slice diet bread, cubed - 1/2 item
- pepper, sage and thyme to taste - 1 item
How to make turkey:
Stuffing:1 Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement1 c. hot water1/2 slice diet bread, cubed1 apple, cored1/4 c. onion, diced3/4 c. celery, diced pepper, sage and thyme to taste Preheat oven to 350°. Add Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement to hot water and stir until dissolved, then set aside. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and moisten with the soup mixture. Place stuffing in foil.
