Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- apricot nectar - 3/4 c
- chopped dry apricots - 1 c
How to make apricot bread:
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 325° or until done.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Time to make.
