Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- clove garlic, mashed - 1 item
- small summer squash - 6 item
How to make baked summer squash:
Wash and slice squash; cook, covered, in salted water for 20 minutes. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Mix with drained squash; add Worcestershire, salt and oregano. Pour into a casserole dish and stir in the bread crumbs and Parmesan. Bake at 425&deRecipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
