Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- bread or cracker crumbs - 1 c
- squash - 2 lb
How to make baked summer squash:
Cook squash. Drain and chop. Combine squash, crumbs, eggs, milk, salt and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Place in buttered pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Dust with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
