Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 1/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- paprika - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 1/4 c
- green pepper strips - 1/4 c
- medium chicken, cut in serving pieces - 1 item
How to make baked hawaiian chicken:
Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a shallow greased baking dish. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in green pepper, pineapple, mustard and honey. Spoon mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400°, basting occasionally, 45 to 60 minutes, until tender. Makes 4 to 5 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
