Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- Good Seasons Italian salad dressing - 1 item
- large or 4 small sole fillets other white fish - 2 item
How to make baked fish fillets:
Dip fillets into Italian dressing. Place into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt and salt to taste. Mix chips and cheese; spread mixture over fish. Bake in oven at 450° for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Fish, Freshwater fish, Perch.
