How to make fish stew:
Pour 1/4 to 1/2 inch milk in glass baking dish with fish fillets. Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets. Pour milk off of fish and sprinkle bread crumbs and dots of butter on fish. Place under broiler 2 to 3 minutes or untilRecipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Stew.
