How to make parmesan catfish:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add fillets; seal bag and shake to coat fillets with cheese mixture. Place on broiler pan coated with cooking spray; discard remaining cheese mixture. Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) for 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
