Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- large butternut squash, peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes - 1 item
How to make baked butternut squash:
Put squash in 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with spices combined with brown sugar. Add lemon juice to butter and drizzle over squash. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until tender.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
