- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- zucchini, peeled, grated and drained - 2 c
How to make zucchini pineapple bread:
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, oil, zucchini, flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts. Mix well. Bake in 2 well-greased 9 x 5 x 4-inch loaf pans for 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
