- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- each: salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- acorn squash, cut crosswise in slices, 1 1/4 inches thick - 8 item
How to make baked acorn squash:
Place squash rings in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Add water; cover with foil. Bake in a 350° oven for 60 minutes. To serve, season with salt and pepper; dot with butter. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Vegetables.
