- can asparagus - 1 item
- white sauce - 1 item
- to 4 hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
White Sauce:2 Tbsp. butter1 1/2 to 2 tsp. flour1 c. milk White Sauce: Prepare by melting butter on low heat. Add flour and stir to a paste. Stir in milk; stir until thick. Can add more milk if too thick. Layer with sauce, asparagus and sliced eggs. Add bread crumbs to top; bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
