Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- can asparagus tips - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Mix cheese with cracker crumbs. Add liquid from asparagus to mushroom soup. Put a layer of crumbs and cheese in bottom of casserole dish. Add layer of tips and sprinkle with nuts. Cover with soup and repeat, ending with crackers and cheese on top. Decorate with nuts. Pour butter over casserole.
