Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- frozen squash - 2 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash according to package directions; drain. Lightly grease 7 x 11-inch casserole dish. Mix the squash, chopped onion and soup and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and top with cracker crumbs. Bake in 350° oven until lightly browned and cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
