- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- can asparagus save the juice - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Layer the cracker crumbs in a casserole dish. Place asparagus on top of the crumbs. Beat the egg with the milk and juice from the asparagus. Pour over the asparagus and cover with grated cheese. Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
