Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
- liquid from asparagus - 1/2 c
- 303 cans asparagus, drained save liquid
How to make asparagus casserole:
Layer asparagus in casserole. Mix soup, asparagus liquid, salt and pepper; pour over asparagus. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over asparagus. Top with grated cheese and almonds.
