Artichoke nibbles
Ingredients/Components
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- pinch of oregano - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- minced clove garlic - 1 item
- jars marinated artichoke hearts - 2 item
How to make artichoke nibbles:
Pour oil from one jar of artichokes into frying pan and saute onion. Drain other jar. Chop artichokes into small bits and combine with other ingredients. Pour into 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
