Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- celery, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- sherry - 2 Tbsp
- egg plus 1 yolk - 1 item
How to make crab imperial:
Melt butter; stir in flour. Slowly stir in milk, then add next 3 ingredients. Add egg and yolk. Cook 2 minutes more. Add sherry and bread crumbs, parsley and crabmeat. Mix all with 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350° forRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
