Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • sage - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 3/4 c
  • grated onion - 1/4 c

How to make meat loaf:

Sauce:3 Tbsp. brown sugar1/4 c. catsup1/4 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. dry mustard Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add all other ingredients. Mix with hands. Place in pan and form loaf. Cover with sauce and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
