Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts, water packed, drained and chopped - 1 item
- can grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese fresh grated works best - 1 c
- garlic salt or powder to taste or blend in real pressed garlic - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Mix all ingredients. Place in shallow casserole or quiche pan. Bake at 300° to 350° until brown on top. Serve as dip with Keebler rounds or rye deli bread.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
