  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 6 oz
  • olive juice - 2 Tbsp
  • green olives, chopped 6 oz - 1 c

How to make olive spread:

Remove pimientos from olives. Stir all ingredients together. Mixture will be mushy but thickens as it stands. Refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours.
