- butter - 2 Tbsp
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- bananas, sliced - 2 item
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- small Cool Whip - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, save juice - 1 item
- apricot jello or 1 large size - 2 pkg
- Add 2 cups cold water and other ingredients
How to make apricot jello salad:
Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water. Add 2 cups cold water and other ingredients. Place in 9 x 13-inch dish. Chill.Topping:1 egg1/2 c. pineapple juice1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. butter1 small Cool Whip1 (8 oz.) cream cheese Cook first 5 ingredients until thick. Mix in cream cheese. Cool.
