Apricot salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- flour - 2 tsp
- butter - 1 tsp
- cold water
- egg - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- hot water - 2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- pineapple juice
- apricot jello
- or 4 bananas - 3 item
- small can crushed pineapple, drained save liquid - 1 item
How to make apricot salad:
Topping:1/2 c. pineapple juice2 tsp. flour1/2 c. sugar1 egg3 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. butter8 oz. Cool Whip Mix jello with hot water and cold water. Slice bananas. Drain pineapple and save liquid. Add marshmallows. Chill.Topping: Mix pineapple juice, flour, sugar and egg; cook until thick. Add cream cheese and butter. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread on jello. Top with coconut.
