  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • hot water - 2 c
  • frozen strawberries - 2 pkg
  • box strawberry jello - 1 oz
  • pretzels, broken up - 2 c

How to make strawberry pretzel salad:

Break the pretzels; add melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool.

Mix the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar together until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Cream together. Pour over pretzel crust.

Dissolve jello with hot water. Add frozen strawberries to jello. When all frozen strawberries separate, pour on cream cheese mixture. Let set until firm.
