Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cold water - 2 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • Dream Whip - 1 pkg
  • large bananas - 2 item
  • pineapple juice - 1/2 c
  • can drained pineapple - 1 item
  • large box apricot or mixed fruit jello - 1 item

How to make apricot delight:

Mix jello, water (hot and cold), marshmallows, pineapple and bananas together and let chill. Cook together butter, flour, egg, sugar and pineapple juice. Let cook, then spread on top of chilled jello. Beat together cream cheese and Dream Whip as directed. Spread as topping.
