  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • hot water - 2 c
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • lime jello
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make green jello salad:

Prepare jello according to package directions with 2 cups of hot water; add pineapple (do not drain) and sugar. Mix and chill.

Before this mixture has completely congealed, add the following and mix: cheese, pecans and Cool Whip. Chill thoroughly.
