- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- yellow corn meal - 1 c
- sharp Cheddar - 8 oz
- cream-style corn - 9 oz
- to 4 cans green chiles - 2 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
In large bowl beat eggs and oil until well blended. Rinse seeds out of chiles, chop chiles fine and add to eggs. Add corn, sour cream, corn meal, baking powder, salt and 1/2 cup of the cheese. Stir until thoroughly blended. Pour into greased 9-inch sqRecipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
