  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • diced apples - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs, apples and nuts. Mix before adding dry ingredients (mix the flour and soda together first). Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
