  • oil - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • diced apple
  • nuts optional - 1 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Fold in apple and nuts. Dough is very thick. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
