Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder
• nuts optional - 1 c
• grated peeled zucchini - 2 c
• Add rest of ingredients and beat with mixer

How to make zucchini bread:

Put eggs, zucchini, oil and cinnamon in blender. Add rest of ingredients and beat with mixer. Bake in 3 bread pans. Before putting in oven, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.Mixture for Topping:2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
