Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- soda - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- can undrained crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- Do not use mixer
- powdered sugar
- stick margarine - 1 item
How to make swedish nut cake:
Add all ingredients in large bowl; mix by hand. Do not use mixer. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.Topping:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 stick margarine1/2 c. nuts Mix with mixer.
