Antipasto
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- crushed oregano - 1/2 1
- jar diced pimento
- or 8 oz
- small head cauliflower broken into flowerettes - 1 item
- green pepper sliced into 1 inch pieces - 1 item
- carrots sliced 1 inch - 2 item
- stalks celery sliced 1 inch - 2 item
- small can pitted olives, drained - 1 item
How to make antipasto:
Put all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to boil and stir well. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Cool slightly. Put in a jar or covered dish. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. ENJOY!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
