Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • olive oil - 1/3 c
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • crushed oregano - 1/2 1
  • jar diced pimento
  • or 8 oz
  • small head cauliflower broken into flowerettes - 1 item
  • green pepper sliced into 1 inch pieces - 1 item
  • carrots sliced 1 inch - 2 item
  • stalks celery sliced 1 inch - 2 item
  • small can pitted olives, drained - 1 item

How to make antipasto:

Put all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to boil and stir well. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Cool slightly. Put in a jar or covered dish. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. ENJOY!
